I like this song. It's quite catchy. I like the video for it too. There's some cool movements and it appears, for at least some of the recording, that the passers-by and onlookers on the street are caught unaware to the fact the a music video is being made and look on in amusement. 

I just finished watching the video, 'Best of Genki Sudo', which Asiris put up.

Very interesting and entertaining too. Clearly an awesome fighter, seems as though he almost bedazzles his opponents by his quirky and unpredictable behaviour in the ring. Definitely has a sense of humour!

'We Are All One' - his slogan. Interesting. I'm intrigued by his symbol. The tattoo across the top of his back. Curious.

I want to get in shape. Something about just going to the gym in a monotonous robot fashion three times a week doesn't so much appeal to me. I feel like the gym could be a good supplement...but... I think picking up a martial art like Genki's..or... something where my body's muscles are being tested by performing a continuous activity, could be what works best for me. For instance, I don't want to go to the gym and just focus on a muscle group to work out one after the other. I'd rather do physical activity which tests my muscles and its side affects make them stronger.

Thinking about Genki's fighting... maybe I'd like it.. My concern is, is it good to be bashed around so much, especially around the head area? I'm a little sensitive, but then maybe it'd help toughen me up!
