My feeling is telling me now this is more important than I thought...

It's really important to trust fully in one's self when confronting. That is why I feel Lujan told me, when confronting, use more force rather then less. It's about not being too eager to self-correct because the seer can get lost within the confrontation this way because they feel they went overboard, when in fact, it could be that the recipient fought back with their stubborn agenda which made the seer then question theirs. I have seen you do this a few times, where you back off your truth when I felt you have every right to assert it being I agreed with it accuracy.

So, now I think, perhaps what made you back off those times was your concern for being too harsh as a result of your agenda getting into the mix, but in fact, it was the opposite--you weren't firm enough, you began to doubt yourself.

So, I want to emphasize, because I have encountered such experiences myself, that trusting yourself, and then later getting a blow from spirit because my truth was mixed with agenda is far better then being hesitant because I'm afraid to put my truth out there thinking that the agenda will mix with it.

When I overexert my stance and spirit knocks me back and forces me to reflect upon my doings, this always brings to me a significant shift, beyond the shifts I get when my truth is on target. Such blows are like a cloak being removed and I see things I had not seen before, and the only reason I saw it is because I was wrong--which means, part of being a warrior means we have to experience being wrong in order to get those huge growth spurts that are so valuable and humbling. So, knowing this, it helps me to trust myself and do my best without worrying about being harsh or having an agenda. Because, sometimes agendas are hidden, so there's no way to know I have one unless it gets exposed (against one's will, because its being protected/hidden).

In short, growing pains are a necessary occurrence. And we never know when they will hit us. It's always in retrospect we see them, but become all the wiser from what occurs from the encounter as a result.

And, I use this understanding in difficult situations. In a situation where I know confronting someone will bring an upheaval to the status quo in a big way, so big that I begin to wonder if the back lash I receive from it will be tolerable, especially if my truth spoken turns out to be inaccurate. I say to myself before proceeding in such situations: if the upheaval forces me to go through a process of self-examination, this can be a very auspicious thing to have happen. So, I have the courage to proceed this way. Seeing it as a win-win situation: If my truth turns out right its a win, and if my truth has errors, its still a win because of what I will get to see about myself.

You're getting tied up in details. Or else in finding something correct in your stance. Except, in doing this, what you speak of is not relevant to what I said in my post you quoted.

I don't care about the impetus of another to change. I wasn't even remotely talking about that. All I spoke of is that expressing your truth provides the opportunity for another to change. I'm not trying to change anyone. I'm just doing my part in speaking the truth so that the potential is there for another person to access it if they are able to. However, if you think there is a concern from me that they change, you are absolutely incorrect. It never enters my mind what the other person will do as a result of what I say. I wait for them to show me what they will do, and I respond to that.
