oh, boy, this is getting to fun! I'm excited just to write about it.
I saw those orbs around Lujan's shoulders, too, but thought they were something else.

I'm not sure about anything, RF, but your report has echos in it of the energy body speaking to your consciousness. For some reason, there's often a loud pop, bang, what-have-you when a shift of consciousness happens between one body and the other. I'd also say that the sleepiness happens because you're not used to the two merging; not enough energy exists to have conscious in both bodies at the same time, so one or the other has to konk out.

I've been thinking for days now about ways to "get" more energy for exactly this purpose. Gazing in the way Lujan teaches allowed me to see two of someone just yesterday. the guy was in a particular mood, produced by the circumstances occuring around him that were in his favor -- there was no intent w/in this guy to be unfair, he just seemed to be able to see the outcome of something that he was trying to do -- and he was smiling quietly, shaking his head in a "yes" kind of gesture, like a horse does when you give it a carrot. I happened to be softly looking at him at that moment, and saw an energetic double of him that lined the front of his body in exact proportion to his physical.

All that to say that it's becoming more and more obvious that Lujan's movements and gazing suggestions certainly do open us to more energy from the universe. I hope you're continuing to practice what you learned in Costa Rica, Relax, and continue to tell us about it. Like Lujan says, "It's your responsibility." Do it with a SMILE!!
