Being a genuine sympathiser of the alternate, I've always found Chomsky to be a 'mainstream' liberal, a western-scientific, rational, reductionist, allopathic type, a man who has his heart in the right place, but little else. He has always dismissed alternate viewpoints from his corporate-funded mainstream liberal citadel. So lets return the compliment, shall we.
