			<title><![CDATA[ A Pressure in the spleen area? ]]></title>

			<description><![CDATA[ When I&#39;m faced with difficult energetic situations that create an &#39;emotional agitation or anxiety&#39; I feel a pressure in the area of my spleen.  I
have identified that the anxiety is a imprint of anger although I typically do not get angry while agitated or anxious.

Does the pressure in the spleen have any correlation to this, and if so are there any steps that I could take to reconcile this injured area?

			<description><![CDATA[ My diet mainly consists of a varying balance of raw green shakes, salads, rice and cooked fish, and occasional dining out.

However when I am out in the world running errands (that require more than 1.5 hours) and the population density starts to creep in, I reach for a diet coke,
and some french fries.
