A Pressure in the spleen area?

When I'm faced with difficult energetic situations that create an 'emotional agitation or anxiety' I feel a pressure in the area of my spleen. I have identified that the anxiety is a imprint of anger although I typically do not get angry while agitated or anxious.

Does the pressure in the spleen have any correlation to this, and if so are there any steps that I could take to reconcile this injured area?

My diet mainly consists of a varying balance of raw green shakes, salads, rice and cooked fish, and occasional dining out.
However when I am out in the world running errands (that require more than 1.5 hours) and the population density starts to creep in, I reach for a diet coke, and some french fries.
The effect of this food seems to temporarily nullify the auric effects of being in the world for prolonged periods of time. Perhaps it has something to do with the vibration of the...

I keep reading about first attention, second attention, third attention, fourth attention.

I don't understand these terms fully, I tried searching but couldn't find anything clearly explaining what is being referred to.

If anyone felt inspired to give a short explanation for each to give me a rough idea that would be appreciated :)

I have been consolidating my heart awareness a lot. This has caused a corresponding shift in awareness, enabling me to move on from what can now be described as shadow echoes, or attention from previous spiritual affiliations, concepts and constructs. The 'Melchizedek' in my profile name no longer suits. Bard is still nice.

Forehead Pressure

For about the last year or so, as I lie down to meditate/quiet the mind, after a little while I get a very strong, very noticeable pressure in my third eye area of my forehead. It is not painful but definetly a noticeable pressure. I was curious to see if anyone had any thoughts on this or has had a similar pressure type feeling?

I am not happy within myself and haven't been for a long time. I always feel as though I need to make 1 big change, or discover some piece of knowledge that will facilitate this change, and then by doing so everything will be alright, and I would have found the 1 thing to make everything better. Over the past few weeks there was a huge duststorm that originated near Woomera in Sth Australia and blew dust over the entire east coast of Australia. In the South it was red and as it moved north it lost some of its colour. I had been feeling very tired lately and I mentioned it to a friend who said it may have been the dust.
