For those of you who are in management who haven't been participating consistently there is now a rotation occurring. It is nothing personal. I have assigned the responsibility of administration to Yillika, Bill and Desmond. They participate regularly. Glance and Richard will ultimately govern the forum when I am gone with Yillika.

Editing Privileges

It has come to my attention that any disgruntled participant can edit their posts at a whim altering what has been written thereby diverting attention away from the original point. Also it gives the possibility for anyone who wishes to delete their posts by emptying them through the edit function. If anything needs to be edited just rewrite in a new post if you have discovered that you have made a mistake. It is the same as editing it is just that there will be a new post revealing the ideas...
